IF YOU’RE BROKE THIS CHRISTMAS

If money is tight, why not create your own personal invitation inviting others to get a library card? List a few recommended reads for the person and library information and you’ve got a gift to give that can be used the whole year through!

You can find a listing of public libraries here.

I know times are tough for many now, and I hope in some small way these sales help. My gratitude to Audible.com and Amazon for making them possible.

A heartfelt thank you to so many of you who have supported me in my writing career. This is a season of gratitude for many things: a celebration of our Savior’s birth, and a time for counting our blessings. You are and have always been a blessing to me, and I am grateful.

May this holiday season be a time of peace and comfort and joy to you and yours. I hope that you’ll join me in a special pray of gratitude and appreciation to our troops, particularly those who can’t be at home with their loved ones this year.

Also a special thank you to all those who followed @amandariddle on Twitter. This twelve-year-old girl fighting cancer. She’s stage 4, and has inspired thousands. Her wish was to reach 100,000 followers before Christmas. It was all the more important to help her get there because she’s in Germany undergoing chemo and unfortunately too many of us know how hard that can be. Her wish gave her something positive and uplifting to focus on, and I’m utterly thrilled to report that as of two days ago, she had reached 112,000 followers! I share this to thank those of you who helped her get there. Amanda got her wish! I’m so grateful for that and to all who helped her.

Merry Christmas to you!

Blessings,

Vicki
